Lottie has been excited about Spring soccer since September
when we signed her up.
Christian and I drove over to the field to meet her team
for her first practice.
Well, it turns out she's the only girl on her team.
So she wouldn't get out of the car.
Maybe if she was like five years younger, the boy/girl thing wouldn't
matter, but playing soccer with 10 other 13-14-year-old boys
is probably the worst idea.
She was pretty upset.
We got dinner and talked about other fun ways
for her to be outside moving her body.
Like all my other children (except maybe Jane),
Lottie is NOT competitive at all, she just wants to play sports
for fun. That doesn't register in my brain.
I don't know if it was because I grew up in a very competitive house
with five competitive brothers (Except maybe Topher),
I just wanted to be good and win.
