Happy birthday, Jane bug!
Today, we celebrated our Jane as she turned 22 years old!
Today, we celebrated our Jane as she turned 22 years old!
I am so happy all the stars aligned, and we were able to celebrate
soooo many things while everyone was in town,
including this very special day!
We went to eat, and then Jane really wanted to go on a little family hike,
but that idea was shut down.
You know when it's like 4:00, and nothing sounds good?
That's what happened to us.
So we drove home, just in time for Jane and Christian
to water the cows in the truck at dusk.
Meanwhile, back at Stillestead, Nicholas got some VERY EXCITING
NEWS that I will share in tomorrow's post!
We had cake, ice cream, gifts, and a toast to our favorite Jane!
I played 22 by Taylor Swift (and the boys hated it), but you only
turn 22 ONCE!
I gave Jane some red glittery Crocs that look like Dorothy's slippers
because no matter where Jane goes,
there is NO PLACE LIKE HOME!
The girls leave on the same 6:00 flight tomorrow morning
to Dallas, where they will say their goodbyes to each other.
My heart hurts breaking up the club.
The big news here is the BIG snowstorm that is supposed to hit NC.
I hope their flights stay on time!
