Emotional Resilience

Every Sunday evening, Claire and Jane join Christian, Gigs, Lod,
and me through Zoom as we take an hour to discuss a program called
Emotional Resilience.  This program helps us find strength in the Lord,
build resilience in mind and body, have healthy relationships
and overcome anxiety, and depression through healthy thinking patterns.
Christian and I firmly believe that having these tools available from an
early age will lead to better decision-making. In today’s world,
there are countless choices and options, and we want the
Nies to have the greatest success with the Lord.

It's excellent. I highly recommend this for families!
It has helped us tremendously, especially as we discuss these
 vulnerable topics TOGETHER.

We have a few weeks to go, but we'll start over and do it again.
This week, we read this perfect quote by prophet Gordon B. Hinckley:
“It isn't as bad as you sometimes think it is. It all works out.
Don't worry. I say that to myself every morning. It all works out in the end.
Put your trust in God, and move forward with faith and confidence in the future.
The Lord will not forsake us. He will not forsake us.
If we will put our trust in Him, if we will pray to Him,
if we will live worthy of His blessings, He will hear our prayers.”
