We made this decision for several reasons, but immediately afterward,
Lottie was so much happier and hopeful!
You could immediately see it on her face.
We spent the day making a schedule with expectations, responsibilities, and plans.
I would have THRIVED in a homeschooled environment
when I was younger. Mostly because I hated leaving home, and because
my confidence was at its best at home.
I sense that in Lottie, too.
Plus, there is SO MUCH more to learn and experience
with hands-on OTJ training.
That's the type of academic experience I want her to have.
