Evenings In The Pasture

Tonight was such a memorable evening.

Gigs accompanied me while I filled up the cow's water tanks,

and even brought along some delicious 

Salt and Vinegar chips and a cold DP for us.

 We had a great conversation in the truck, 

discussing the upcoming school year and his car restoration plans, 

and we even delved into some political topics.

It was one of the best quiet evenings I've had with him in a while. 

He makes me laugh. I love teenage boys.

On the way home we stopped the truck in the middle of the pasture

and watched a magnificent lighting show in the distance.
