I commissioned my dear friend Anna, a master potter,
to create five reindeer Wishkeepers, one for each Nie.
These exquisite candleholders will adorn my Christmas
table for years to always remind me of the light each of my children
share with the world and with me.
One of the reasons why I love putting candles all over my home
other than because it's so Hygge-y, it is because
light persuades us to do good and leads us to Christ,
it brings joy, hope, and peace.
And I don't know about you, but the Nielsons need all those
feelings right now!
