Congratulations to Claire for receiving her CNA certificate!
AND got a job at THE BURN CENTER in Arizona,
the same burn center that saved our lives after our accident!
She will be working with the same doctors and nurses, too!
What a fantastic and beautiful full-circle moment for our family.
I couldn't be prouder.
She will leave us and move in January for work and nursing school.
Over Christmas break, she'll be looking for roommates and an apartment.
Fingers crossed!
I am so happy and so sad all at the same time.
I am learning those emotions as a mother at this stage of life
are reoccurring and frequent.
Oh, goodness! I never thought I'd be here, and here I am.
I'm no longer a young mom; my kids are growing up
and living their lives.
Which is exactly what I want, but it is going so fast,
and I still don't feel like I am ready for it.
