Tomorrow is my motorcycle license skills test.
I passed the knowledge test last month and have been
riding with my permit. Now, to get my legit license,
I have to show the NCDMV what I'm made of.
I've been really nervous about this
and most days after dinner Christian and I practice my skills
in the church parking lot.
I've been riding motorcycles since I was walking,
so this really shouldn't be that hard for me.
It's just I get so nervous.
Today the Nies joined us in the parking lot, too.
Lottie roller-skated while Gigs rode his new trick bike around.
Ollie and Christian sat on the back of the truck bed
while offering up tips and tricks.
Yesterday I picked up the motorcycle gloves that I had
altered to modify and fit my amputated pinkie.
Now, I don't have the pinkie finger flapping in the wind!
After we went to the gas station to fill up the motorcycles,
(and with the prices, you'd think we filled it up with gold!).
Then we all got a treat and called it a night.
