I'm convinced that November is my favorite month here in
North Carolina. For one thing, the weather has cooled down and the
humidity is gone and everything is colorful and glorious!
I scheduled family photos with our friend, Melissa
before life gets crazy with Claire's mission prep, the holiday's arrive,
and the color disappears.
We decided to take our photos at Firefly Island which is
just around the corner from The White House.

In Lottie's 3rd-grade Zoom class they honored Veterans,
and Lottie introduced her class to her great-great Uncle Harold Jones.
I am so thankful for all our Veterans!
