It was another glorious day on the island.
Today was spent mostly in the water-- and for the Little Nies,
that meant jumping off the private docks during high-tide.
Or for me it was on the back of the wave runner with Mr. Nielson.
We did leave the house once to grab a few groceries because
someone forgot a toothbrush, and JUST now fessed up...
which is super gross.
It was our first venture off the Island since we arrived.
At night (or down time) was spent hours playing games still
damp in our swimming suits and wet hair.
(We learned a new game called Dutch Blitz).
Time here seems to slow way down, most the time
I never knew what time it was anyway.
The kids ate well and slept better.
I am so happy to be here, and have loved being with good friends,
and my family. I am so thankful for this super fun super low key week
with super generous friends.
