During a meeting with my publishers on a Summer evening in 2011,
we discussed ideas for the cover of my memoir 'Heaven is Here'.
I expressed my desire for the cover to resemble a
half-finished painting, as I believed it reflected the
incompleteness of my life and the untold stories that awaited me
especially after my accident.
I've often considered writing another book because I'm living
my favorite parts of my story: the parts that are colored in,
like surviving, healing, creating, mothering, loving, and celebrating.
Someday the whole picture will be colorful and vibrant!
