We love going to Utah Lake in the middle of Winter
to explore this magical frozen land.
It's very mystical and calm.
It's thrilling to walk out on the ice cautiously and quietly.
During our trip, things got a little less calm and magical when Oliver accidentally
slipped through the ice and fell into the water up to his waist
about a hundred feet from the shoreline.
We all panicked for a good 20 seconds, but then we started laughing hysterically.
Although the incident cut our playtime short, it was still a
wonderful experience, even though Oliver was freezing and soaked to the bone.
We were not prepared for a winter adventure since
we were all in comfy pajamas. Doi!
