Earlier this month, our dear friends,
Each year, they spend time with us here in Utah as we celebrate the 4th of July.
They embark on a long drive with their four children, bikes, toys,
swimming suits, and suitcases full of clothes through the
Arizona desert to our small home in Provo.
It's a tradition, and we joke that our families together make the Jonesons
(Jones + Nielsons= Jonesons).
Just as much as we love our children to be together doing fun things,
we- the adults, need this unique time together too.
We talk about everything, and we laugh a whole lot too.
But we also testify to each other of the Savior and peace the gospel brings.
We talk about how our marriages are strengthened through Christ.
Mr. Nielson and I don't have a lot of friends,
Usually, we spend our weekends just together or with the Little Nies,
but the occasional times we hang out with friends, they are usually friends
who we feel comfortable talking to and expressing our love and dedication,
for family values and morals.
