I hike the Y mountain every weekday.
I look forward to this activity every morning- it's my happy place.
I have been hiking this mountain since I was 16 years old.
The mountain and I have a special bond, it's inspiring
and reminds me that I have a capable body.
It reminds me of who I am, what I can do, how far I have come,
what my mission is, and what I am able to accomplish in this life
regardless of pain, disabilities, and failures that I face.
The mountain is a reminder that I am strong and powerful.
